Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Body mass index between 18.5 and 27.9; 3.Clinically diagnosed as SLE; 4.Elevated serum creatinine levels or elevated urine protein levels; 5.No history of prior kidney surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to contrast agents; 2.Patients with non-LN related pathology, congenital kidney abnormalities, or renal tumors; 3.Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, such as acute coronary syndrome or clinically unstable ischemic heart disease, including progressive or ongoing myocardial infarction; acute heart failure, heart failure classified as NYHA class III/IV; severe arrhythmias, and pulmonary embolism, etc. 4.Pregnancy and breastfeeding; 5.Renal artery stenosis or the presence of intrarenal arteriovenous fistula; 6.Patients with contraindications to kidney biopsy;
