Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) After clinical examination and evaluation, there is a lesion or missing tooth area that cannot be retained, and there is a suitable donor tooth; (2) undergoing treatment options for autologous tooth grafting; (3) No history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, long-term use of hormonal drugs and other systemic diseases or medications that affect wound healing; (4) non-systemic periodontitis; (5) Good oral hygiene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Comply with contraindications to tooth extraction; (2) do not accept the treatment regimen of autologous tooth transplantation; (3) night grinding; (4) poor compliance and unwillingness to accept regular follow-up; (5) The root canal system of the available donor tooth is complex, and the perfect root canal treatment cannot be guaranteed in the later stage.
