Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-75 years, male or non-pregnant female; 2.Radiography showed that there was a bone defect around the apical edge of the affected tooth, and the clinical diagnosis was chronic periapical inflammation. The affected tooth was scheduled for radical apical surgery; 3.No history of apical surgery; 4.Study participants who were able to understand the purpose of the trial, had good compliance, and were able to cooperate with relevant imaging and periodic review.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are root cracks, perforations and other conditions that make the apical operation impossible; 2.Pregnant woman; 3.Study participants with serious systemic conditions (e.g., malignancies, diabetes, severe heart disease, etc.); 4.Other conditions determined by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study.
