60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60-85 years, regardless of gender; 2.Residing in the community for more than 6 months; 3.Capable of normal communication and possessing basic literacy and writing skills; 4.Signed informed consent form and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe comorbidities, including heart, brain, liver, kidney diseases, malignant tumors, neuromuscular disorders, muscle diseases, or primary diseases of the hematopoietic and endocrine systems; 2.Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders, or those unable to cooperate with the study for other reasons.
