30 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? PD patients diagnosed according to MDS Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria; ? Male or female >30 years old; (3) There are PD patients who meet the enrollment criteria and complete imaging and clinical examination in the Clinical Information and biological sample database of extremely high-risk groups of Parkinson's disease in Huashan Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? various secondary Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, neoplastic, drug-induced, toxic, vascular, hydrocephalus, etc.); ? Primary PD treated with surgery; ? Patients with schizophrenia or other severe mental illness; (4) Serious organic damage to the heart, liver, kidney and other organs; The manifestations of Alzheimer's disease type cortical dementia (severe memory loss, aphasia, or agnosia).
