Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of stroke, first attack, manifested as dysphagia after stroke and nasal feeding , without obvious brain edema on imaging 2: Age 18-70 years old, course of disease 2weks to 6 months 3: Cooperate to complete data collection and t-DCS treatment 4: Sign the Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Implantable electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers) or intracranial metal implants 2: history of mental diseases, epilepsy, dizziness, hearing impairment, otitis media and serious arrhythmia. 3: consciousness disorders, severe dementia and other symptoms that can not cooperate with the examination 4: Local skin damage and infection at the stimulation site
