Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-65 years old; 2) ASA ?~ II; 3) BMI 18.5~29.9; 4) HR>60 bpm, Bp50%; 5) Glaucoma patients with high IOP > 21 mmHg and surgical treatment; 6) The cornea was found normal by slit-lamp examination; 7) Accept the clinical study protocol and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetic patients; 2) Systemic or local use of drugs that affect the evaluation of efficacy; Or allergies or suspected allergies to study drugs; 3) Patients with severe rhinitis and nasal malformations; 4) Patients with a history of eye surgery or laser surgery within the last 3 months; 5) Patients with acute eye disease (conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis) or chronic eye disease; 6) Contact lens wearers; 7) Pregnant or lactating women; 8) Participated in clinical studies of other drugs or medical devices in the past 3 months;
