Age
30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range of 30-50 years old; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for smoke like vascular disease; 3) No acute stroke events within 90 days; 4) Parallel composite cerebral blood flow reconstruction surgery in accordance with surgical indications; 5) The first surgery of the day (to ensure homogenization of hormone level sampling); 6) Fully understand the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Lost, withdrawn or dropped out due to various reasons; 2) Suffering from serious mental, neurological, or other systemic illnesses; 3) Unable to complete imaging data acquisition (such as excessive head movement affecting detection results); 4) Participate in other clinical trials within the past month; 5) Has undergone cranial surgery or neurointerventional surgery treatment; 6) There are contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging examination, such as claustrophobia, post pacemaker implantation, etc
