18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Met the CID diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition (ICSD-3); 2) Aged 18-60 years, right-handed; 3) Junior high school or above; 4) Barrierless communication, can cooperate to complete the relevant scales and examinations; 5) Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index > 7 (PSQI score > 7); 6) Voluntarily participate in the survey and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hamilton Depression Scale score >=18 and Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=14; 2) History of mental or neurological disorders or head trauma with loss of consciousness; 3) Iindividuals with severe cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases or other serious chronic diseases; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Individuals with allergic reactions to narcotic drugs; 6) Coagulopathy, local skin infection, glaucoma, and goiter.
