Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Definite diagnosis of degenerative lumbar diseases; 2. Single level lumbar degenerative disease, I degree lumbar spondylolisthesis or lumbar instability; 3.No history of open lumbar surgery; 4.Complete clinical data and follow-up data; 5.All patients had well-defined unilateral lower limb neurological symptoms, which affected their daily work or life, and showed no significant improvement in lumbar and lower limb neurological symptoms after at least 3 months of conservative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of lumbar trauma and fracture; 2.Lumbar spondylolisthesis exceeding degree II; 3.severe osteoporosis; 4.Lumbar degenerative scoliosis angle greater than 10° or severe abnormality of lumbar spine structure; 5.Patients with dysfunction of important organs or serious internal diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 6.Patients with mental or neurological diseases.
