Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 and above; Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate to severe acute cholecystitis in the 2018 Tokyo Guidelines; The patient provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with concomitant common bile duct stones; Merge other life-threatening complications; Patients with absolute contraindications to surgery; Malignant tumors with short life expectancy; Unable to provide informed consent.
