Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction by imaging (MRI or CT); 2. 3 months to 3 years after the onset of stroke, make sure that the patient has passed the acute stage and in the process of rehabilitation, the vital signs are stable and the condition is stable; 3. MMSE scale score >= 27 points; 4. upper limb and lower limb motor function Brillouin Stage >= ?; after rehabilitation training and a certain degree of autonomy of mobility, BI scores >=60 points; 5. Driving experience and a legal driver's license before the onset of illness; 6. Willingness to resume driving and pass the simulated driving test; 7. Acceptance of the required examinations and assessments and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of epileptic seizures; 2. pregnancy status; 3. history of psychiatric diseases; 4. those with aphasia or severe cognitive dysfunction or impaired consciousness; 5. those with combined severe heart, brain, liver, and kidney function diseases.
