Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fractures admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after injury. (2) Over 18 years old. (3) Undergoing surgical treatment for hip fractures. (4) Signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hospital stay is less than 48 hours. (2) Pathological fractures, open fractures. (3) Patients undergoing continuous anticoagulant therapy. (4) Severe liver and kidney diseases. (5) Patients with abnormal blood coagulation function diseases before fracture or with contraindications to the use of anticoagulant drugs. (6) Patients with mental disorders and other expected poor compliance.
