Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 45 years, gender not limited; 2. Preoperative MRI of the head first discovered an intracranial mass, considering glioblastoma; 3. Postoperative clinical pathology diagnosis report is wild-type glioblastoma;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. Clinical pathological diagnosis report indicates a mutant type glioblastoma;
