Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with Cushing's syndrome, confirmed by 24hUFC, blood F rhythm, LDDST,etc; 2) patients with ACTH-depentent Cushing's syndrome, confirmed by serum ACTH.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Admitted to the hospital due to recurrence of TSS and pathologically confirmed CD; 2) cyclical CS, now in remission; 3) aggressive pituitary macroadenoma without differential diagnosis; 4) Active infection of local skin in the groin on both sides; 5) Acute or chronic coagulation diseases such as acute pulmonary embolism, poor coagulation function and bleeding tendency; Acute state of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction and acute cerebral hemorrhage; 6) Uncontrolled and stable severe infection; 7) Those who refuse to undergo BIPSS or further treatment in our hospital and are discharged.
