Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers over 40 years of age recruited by the Department of Ultrasound Medicine 2. Good compliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing limbs, disability or surgical scars, and infections in the examination site; 2. Confusion of consciousness, poor general condition, or other reasons for not being able to complete the study 3. Installation of metal pacemakers, coronary stents, etc., should not perform BIA examination 4. Myasthenia gravis or other neuromuscular junction diseases, heart failure/renal failure with edema, hyperthyroidism with hypokalemic periodic paralysis, hypothyroidous myxedema, and intramuscular fat infiltration interfered with the results 5. Poor compliance
