Post-extubation dysphagia

Interventions

Control group:Routine nursing care includes screening for swallowing disorders, basic nursing care, specialized nursing care and health guidance.
Intervention group:Evidence-based swallowing rehabilitation nursing program for patients with tracheal intubation in the ICU after extubation, including personnel preparation, screening and assessment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Duration of oral or nasal endotracheal intubation>=48h; 3. The condition allows and the tracheal intubation is removed according to the doctor's instructions; 4. GUSS score< 20 points; 5. Clear consciousness and ability to cooperate; 6. Voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have or are combined with other diseases that affect swallowing function in the past, such as neck surgery, cerebrovascular accident, Parkinson's disease, oropharyngeal tumor, neuromuscular disease, etc.; 2. Patients with aspiration pneumonia before extubation; 3. Tracheostomy after extubation; 4. Those who need to fast water due to illness; 5. Those who cannot eat by mouth due to medical needs.
