Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 18-70 years, diagnosed with TAO (according to Bartley's diagnostic criteria), who understand the purpose of this study and agree to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have metabolic diseases (such as diabetes), autoimmune diseases (such as severe myodynamia, multiple sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.) or other diseases that may affect the immune status (such as hepatitis B, tuberculosis, malignant tumors, etc.) in the past, and who have applied immunosuppressive drugs in the past three months. Pregnant and lactating women.
