Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Confirmation of Bethesda III or IV by fine-needle aspiration; 3.No clinical or imaging evidences of extrathyroidal extension, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis on US, neck and chest CT; 4.Refusal or ineligibility for surgery; 5.Follow-up period >12 months, patients underwent ultrasound examination all the ultrasound images before and after ablation have high quality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nodules had suspicious of malignancy in US; 2.Previous radiation to the head and neck; 3.Negative results of Bref V600E, RAS, TERT test, or calcitonin and CEA level above normal value; 4.Coagulation disorder,Serious heart, respiratory, liver, or renal failure; 5.Dysfunction of the vocal cord on the opposite side;
