Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) older than 18 years old; 2) ultrasonography, CT or MRCP to diagnose gallstones; 3) agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4) Complete preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative data of the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with common bile duct stones or hepatolithiasis confirmed by B ultrasound, CT or MRCP; 2) patients with severe heart, brain or lung diseases who cannot tolerate general anesthesia or pneumoperitoneum; 3) patients who could not complete the laparoscopic surgery or changed the surgical method for various reasons during the operation. 4) The cystic duct could not be separated during operation or the cystic duct was too short, Mirizz syndrome.
