Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Autologous fat grafting surgery due to "sunken eyeball"; b. Age between 8-70 years; c. Have a pronounced sunken appearance of the eyeball; d. Radiographic evidence support, such as CT or MRI showing changes in orbital anatomy; e. Proptosis measurement showing a retroflexion of the globe, specifically as the measurement is below the lower limit of the normal range for peers, or a difference of more than 2 mm compared to the contralateral eyeball; f. Primary school education level or above, able to understand all kinds of questionnaires; g. Complete the follow-up process and have complete investigation data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients are in the acute phase of illness: including the acute phase of traumatic, surgical, or disease-related orbital depression, especially in the presence of edema. b. Presence of other ocular diseases: including active ocular infections, severe inflammatory eye diseases, or other ocular issues that may interfere with treatment assessment. c. Systemic disease impact: long-term use of drugs that may affect the pathological changes in orbital tissues (such as steroids), or the presence of systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled diabetes, active autoimmune diseases, etc.) that may interfere with postoperative recovery. d. Imaging shows incomplete orbital structures: CT or MRI images showing incomplete orbital structures due to significant defects (such as severe fractures or tumor invasion) that have not been surgically repaired. e. Previous treatment history: having undergone other types of orbital depression treatments, the effects of which may impact the assessment of the current study. f. Tumor diseases and other severe physical illnesses: including patients with a history of orbital or intracranial tumors, especially those that may affect the position of the eyeball and orbital volume, patients with severe physical illnesses such as heart, brain, kidney diseases; patients with open wounds or infections on the face; and patients with high postoperative expectations.
