Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is aged between 18 and 80 years old, with no gender restrictions 2.Previous history of thyroid surgery because of differentiated thyroid cancer 3.Confirmed of malignancy by biopsy or Tg-fine-needle aspiration 4.No clinical or imaging evidences of distant metastasis on chest CT 5.Patients underwent ultrasound examination all the ultrasound images before and after ablation have high quality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unclear diagnosis of lymph nodes 2.Coagulation disorder,Serious heart, respiratory, liver, or renal failure 3.Patients cannot tolerant to the prcedure 4.Dysfunction of the vocal cord on the opposite side
