Optical + augmented reality group:The optical augmented reality group used optical navigation + augmented reality surgical navigation to assist intraoperative osteotomy, distal bone segment insertion,
CAD/CAM:CAD/CAM used individualized navigation template to assist intraoperative osteotomy, distal bone segment insertion and titanium plate placement
free-hand:In the free-hand group, the intermaxillary plate was used for navigation-assisted osteotomy, distal bone placement, and titanium plate placement
AR+ non-PSI group:Augmented reality navigation, resin titanium plate positioning, titanium plate retention

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with skeletal malocclusion in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Hospital of Stomatology, Guangxi Medical University from 2020 to 2024 were selected. 2. The patient is more than 18 years old. 3. LefortI type maxillary surgery is required. 4. The cadaver head with complete maxilla and dentition is preserved in the Department of Human Anatomy, School of Basic Medicine, Guangxi Medical University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in this study. 2. The patient is less than 18 years old. 3. Cadaveric skull with incomplete maxilla and dentition
