18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years old; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Unilateral elbow joint laxity; 4. Body mass index (BMI) is 18~30kg/m^2; 5. The heart, liver, kidney and lung function are basically normal; No anemia; 6. All collected medical record information is complete and accurate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe anemia; 2. Those who are allergic to narcotic drugs such as ropivacaine, propofol, and remifentanil; 3. Those with a history of acute and chronic respiratory system; 4. Patients with cardiovascular disease or mental illness; 5. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and lung organic dysfunction; 6. Hearing abnormalities (such as deafness); 7. Pregnant or lactating females; 8. BMI>30 kg/m^2;
