Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years old; 2.Patients undergoing elective thoracic and abdominal surgery; 3.ASA grades I-III; 4.Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hypertension or hypotension before surgery; 2.Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, muscle pine and other drugs and their drug components; 3.Intellectual or mental impairment, inability to cooperate with the patient; 4.Participated in drug clinical trials as a subject within the past 3 months; 5.Patients refusing to sign consent forms.
