6 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic urticaria group: (1) Age range is 6-80 years old; (2) no other diseases in the near future; (3) The disease is diagnosed as chronic urticaria (the course of disease is greater than or equal to 6 weeks); (4) Those who voluntarily participate in the project and are able to implement it as required; (5) The informed consent has been signed and can be completed as required. Control group: (1) Healthy people undergoing physical examination; (2) No history of chronic urticaria; (3) No family history of chronic urticaria; (4) No recent illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic urticaria who also have other diseases; (2) Patients with clear indications of acute infection; (3) Patients diagnosed with physical urticaria (including artificial urticaria), cholinergic urticaria or urticaria vasculitis; (4) Patients who are unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment and predict poor compliance; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) The patient is also participating in other clinical trials.
