Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 4 cases of men and women under the age of 30, 4 cases of men and women over the age of 65; 2. Patients with thyroid tumors or nodules can be used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Positive for TG and TPO antibodies; 2. The lesion is too large and is not conducive to normal tissue sampling.
