remimazolam group:Intravenous injection of 0.25 mg/kg remimazolam.
Propofol group:Intravenous injection of 2mg/kg medium long chain propofol.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Thoracoscopic surgery was performed under general anesthesia with double lumen endobronchial tube; 3. Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (Asa) grade: I ~ III; 4. There was no cognitive behavior disorder before operation; 5. The function of heart and lung was basically normal; 6. No serious heart and brain diseases were found.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to any of the drugs used in the study; 2. Preoperative complications included schizophrenia, severe depression, neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Preoperative dependence on sedative drugs or addiction to narcotic analgesics and alcohol; 4. History of cerebrovascular accident, serious cardiovascular system, respiratory system, liver and kidney diseases; 5. The score on the Simplified Mental State Scale after admission is less than 24 points, and the patient is unable to understand the written information or informed consent form of the trial; 6.A ny disease affecting the placement of double lumen tubes with bronchial lesions and stenosis.
