Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)VRS(vaginal transverse diameter can accommodate 2 fingers and more than 2 fingers) with recurrent (3 or more attacks in 1 year) bacterial vaginitis patients (diagnostic criteria :a vaginal secretion increased, thin homogeneous, smelly;Vaginal PH >4.5;c amine test positive;d microscopic examination clue cells positive >20%, with three can diagnose bacterial vaginitis, the fourth is the diagnostic gold standard);(2) No contraindications related to vaginal spot array CO2 laser therapy and electrotherapy;(3) A history of at least one vaginal delivery;(4) Patients with vaginal meridian >2 transverse fingers and <=4 transverse fingers and no uterine prolapse vaginal tumor were measured by the same senior attending doctor in our outpatient department

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women;(2) venereal diseases;(3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, and mental disorders;(4) acute inflammation and infection of the genitals;(5) Individuals with a history of laser allergy, photosensitive reactions;(6) Had a history of vaginal reduction surgery.
