Twisting group:The twisting group was carried out with twisting method, the amplitude was 180°, the frequency was 1Hz, the duration time was 1minute, and the needle was left for 19 minutes
No manipulation group:The needle was inserted into the acupoint without any manipulation, and the needle was left for 20 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for myofascial pain syndrome; (2) 18 years old 3 points; (4) Imaging examination to exclude other diseases caused by non-soft tissue origin; (5) Those who signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria for myofascial pain syndrome; (2) Acupuncture contraindications, such as skin infections, ulcers, scars, tumors and infectious diseases; (3) Patients who have received Chinese and western medicine treatment within 1 month; (4) Patients with serious heart, brain, kidney and other major organ diseases and mental disorders; (5) Pregnant and lactating women.
