Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the 1999 World Health Organization diabetes diagnostic criteria; Chinese diabetes prevention and treatment guidelines point out that early screening can help improve the prevention and treatment efficiency of diabetes and its complications, and the age =40 years old is a high-risk group. Therefore, middle-aged and elderly people =40 years old were included in this study. ? Informed consent, voluntary participation in the researcher; ? People who are using and can use smart phones and are familiar with wechat routine functions; ? Willing to cooperate with foot self-management health educators; ? Clear consciousness, no motor and cognitive impairment, and can communicate normally, with independent judgment, cooperate with the interviewer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? poor self-care ability; ? History of amputation above phalangeal bone, after lower extremity vascular surgery; ? Patients with a history of mental illness, speech, hearing or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate; (4) Patients with serious diseases, such as heart and renal insufficiency, acute coronary syndrome, cerebrovascular accident, and acute metabolic disorders such as diabetic ketoacidosis in the past 1 month. ? are participating in other similar research groups;
