18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; The diagnosis of nodules by coarse needle aspiration biopsy is benign, or the diagnosis by fine needle aspiration biopsy is Bethesda Class II In principle, the maximum diameter of nodules should be >= 2.0 cm; Or multiple nodules are ablated, with a maximum nodule diameter of >= 2.0 cm; Self reported discomfort in the neck (such as foreign body sensation, compression, pain, etc.); Or neck swelling caused by nodules may affect aesthetics; Or progressive growth of nodules; Refusing surgical treatment or intolerance to surgery; Before and after treatment, undergo ultrasound examination with clear and standard images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: At least one malignant sign is present in the ultrasound image (such as unclear boundaries, irregular morphology, aspect ratio greater than 1, microcalcifications); History of neck radiation exposure during adolescence or childhood; Severe coagulation dysfunction or bleeding tendency, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; The patient cannot cooperate; Injury to the contralateral recurrent laryngeal nerve, laryngoscopy shows fixed vocal cords;
