Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 to 80 years old, gender is not limited 2) Elective abdominal surgery and ultrasound-guided transverse abdominis plane block 3) The person or guardian has signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Broken and infected skin in the abdomen 2) History of previous abdominal anesthesia surgery or trauma 3) Suffering from peripheral neuropathy 4) Ultrasound couplant allergy 5) Pregnancy or lactation 6) Those who participate in other clinical research at the same time
