Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Rotator cuff tear diagnosed according to the California classification for posterior-superior MRCT; 2. Tendon tears that cannot be reconstructed arthroscopically in the footprint area; 3.Hamada classification =3; 4.Age =40 and =90 years old; 5.Use of autologous fascia graft with at least 1 year of postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subscapularis injuries (Lafosse classification = type 2) with concomitant subscapularis repair; 2.Severe medical conditions, including cardiovascular and endocrine diseases; 3.Paralysis of the peripheral nerve of the shoulder joint or axillary nerve palsy; 4.Deltoid dysfunction; 5.History of shoulder joint infection.
