Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute myocardial infarction group: 1.Study participants aged 18-75 years; 2.Study participants admitted with a diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, including non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction and ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Non-st-segment elevation myocardial infarction is defined as the presence of elevated biomarkers (myocardial enzymes) and one of the following ECG changes (ST-segment depression or abnormal T-wave) or ischemic symptoms; ST elevation myocardial infarction is defined as the presence of increased levels of biomarkers (myocardial enzymes) and the presence of new ST elevation in two or more adjacent leads. Control group: Non coronary heart disease study participants aged 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ACS was diagnosed and PCI was performed; 2.Severe infection or heart failure, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, and thyroid dysfunction. Severe liver dysfunction is defined as elevating bilirubin more than 10 times normal, prothrombin activity below 40% or the presence of hepatic encephalopathy. Severe renal insufficiency is defined as a glomerular filtration rate of less than 30%.
