18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-70 years old; 2.BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 3.ASA Grade I-III; 4.Patients with major abdominal surgery under planned tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 5.Patients with tracheal catheter into PACU after operation; 6.The patient agrees and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency operation; 2.Patients with difficult airway or difficulty in mask ventilation or intratracheal intubation during induction were evaluated preoperatively; 3.A history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris in the past 6 months; 4.History of severe arrhythmia, acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis; 5.Patients are combined with cardiopulmonary disease or SpO2 <90%; 6.Severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 7.Unable to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment and mental illness; 8.The patient had the tracheal catheter removed or had recovered before PACU; 9.Lack of cooperation or unwillingness to cooperate.
