18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 - 80 years old; 2.Gender: Unlimited; 3.Acute ischemic stroke with the first onset; 4.The time from the onset to enrollment = 24 hours; 5.Diagnosed by imaging (positive on diffusion-weighted imaging, DWI); 6.Sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Transferred after being treated in other hospitals; 2.Consciousness disorders or muscle strength decline caused by other reasons such as poisoning, immunity, inflammation, trauma, metabolism and infection; 3.Contraindications for MRI examination; 4.Severe organ dysfunction (liver function: Child-Pugh grade C, renal function: estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 ml/min, cardiac function: New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade ?); 5.A history of previous stroke or craniocerebral trauma; 6.A history of severe mental illness; 7.Poor image quality that affects subsequent image analysis; 8.Participating in other clinical studies;
