Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 20 years old; 2) BMI is between 18.5-30kg/m^2; 3) ASA grades I-III; 4) Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from December 2024 to February 2025 have an estimated operation time <= 4h; 5) I agree to participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of lung surgery and pulmonary bullae; 2) Patients who have difficulty with pulmonary ultrasound examination, such as chest fractures, chest deformities, etc; 3) Patients with chronic lung disease or other serious lung diseases; 4) Patients with a history of general anesthesia or mechanical ventilation; 5) Patients with heart failure (New York Heart Association Grade IV), arrhythmia, pregnancy, and those who refuse to participate in the study; 6) Predictable difficult airway patients; 7) Patients at risk of reflux aspiration.
