Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy women aged 18-25 years; (2) No history of lower limb injuries in the last 6 months; (3) Regular exercise at least 3 times a week; (4) Understand the content of the experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following participants were excluded: (1) Age less than 18 years old, more than 25 years old. (2) Those who were taking medications that would affect muscle mass or muscle performance. (3) Those who participate in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours per week. (4) Have a stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, or neuromuscular disease that prevents them from participating in physical activity. (5) Those with visual impairment. (6) Persons with irregular heart rhythms, pacemakers, or severe cardiovascular disease. (7) Patients with a previous history of acupuncture treatment in the last 4 weeks. (8) Those who have implanted artificial joints in the last six months, recent surgery. (9) Those with migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. (10) Those who have engaged in strenuous exercise or have muscle pain within 24 hours before the experiment. (11) Those who are not feeling well during the experiment due to other reasons. (12)Excessive obesity BMI>27, and the subject's weight is more than 90kg.
