Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary bladder cancer patients: (1) Age > 18 years old, gender not limited; (2) Newly diagnosed patients have not undergone any anti-tumor drug treatment; (3) Patients have undergone cystoscopy, or have had a cystectomy (partial cystectomy or laparoscopic radical cystectomy); (4) Histopathologically confirmed to be bladder cancer; (5) Routine blood tests, stool tests, liver and kidney function tests, and electrocardiograms are all normal. 2.Recurrent bladder cancer patients: (1) Age > 18 years old, gender not limited; (2) Previously diagnosed with bladder cancer (non-invasive bladder cancer, invasive bladder cancer, or metastatic bladder cancer); (3) Patients have undergone systemic chemotherapy or intravesical instillation therapy; (4) Recurrence of bladder cancer confirmed by histopathology 42 days or more after treatment; (5) Patients have undergone cystoscopy or cystectomy (partial cystectomy or laparoscopic radical cystectomy) after recurrence; (6) Routine blood tests, stool tests, liver and kidney function tests, and electrocardiograms are all normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Primary bladder cancer patients: (1) Patients with a history of other types of tumors, or those who have received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy, or other anti-tumor treatments; (2) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, or kidney dysfunction, severe coagulation disorders, or other symptoms that interfere with the judgment of the condition; (3) Pregnant or lactating patients; (4) Patients with poor general condition who cannot tolerate surgery; (5) Patients with insufficient clinical data for clinical comparison. 2.Recurrent bladder cancer patients: (1) Patients with a history of other types of tumors, or those who have received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy, or other anti-tumor treatments for other types of tumors; (2) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, or kidney dysfunction, severe coagulation disorders, or other symptoms that interfere with the assessment of their condition; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; (4) Patients with poor general health who cannot tolerate surgery; (5) Patients with insufficient clinical data for clinical comparison.
