Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study group: Patients with congenital unilateral microtia Inclusion Criteria: 1. Diagnosed with congenital middle and middle ear malformations; 2. 6 years old 55cm, gender is not limited; 3. Go to our hospital for outpatient treatment or admission to the hospital for modified Brent method total ear reconstruction surgery. Normal control group: children aged 6 years and above with normal hearing and no appearance deformities such as absent auricles Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age>=6 years old; 2. Normal hearing and absence of auricular deformity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study group: Patients with congenital unilateral microtia Exclusion Criteria: 1. Have a clear diagnosis of autism, intellectual disability and other mental illnesses; 2. Combined with other parts of the development malformation or disability; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases who are not suitable for surgery or difficult to cooperate with follow-up. Normal control group: children aged 6 years and above with normal hearing and no appearance deformities such as absent auricles Exclusion Criteria: 1. Have a clear diagnosis of autism, intellectual disability and other mental illnesses; 2. Have physical and developmental deformities or disabilities; 3. Ear diseases such as secretory otitis media
