Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Refer to the diagnostic criteria in the 2017 American Academy of Otolaryngology guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of BPPV and a confirmed diagnosis of BPPV with successful otolith repositioning, i.e., negative postural test, no transient paroxysmal vertigo, and no postural nystagmus; 2.(2) Patients with no history of other ear surgery; 3.(3) Patients successfully followed up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of drug or alcohol abuse; 2.(2) Diagnosis of central vertigo; 3.(3) Other illnesses within the last month that clearly prevent the ability to carry on a normal life (e.g., trauma, stroke, etc.); 4.(4) Presence of hearing impairment.
