Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient himself has extremely high requirements for cosmetology, requiring no scar on the chest; 2. No history of thoracic surgery and radiotherapy; 3. No contraindications to surgery and anesthesia; 4. Clinical stage I. and II early breast cancer with appropriate breast volume, and good breast shape can be maintained after surgery; 5. Patients with clinical stage III who meet the criteria for breast-conserving surgery after downdating after preoperative treatment; 6. Age>=18, <=65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inflammatory breast cancer; 2. The tumor is extensive and difficult to achieve a negative margins or an ideal breast-conserving appearance; 3. Diffuse distribution of malignant characteristic calcifications; 4. Patients whose resection margins are positive after extensive local resection, and negative resection margins in pathological examination cannot be guaranteed after resection; 5. Patient refusal.
