Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Hip fracture surgery; 3. Clear consciousness, no cognitive and language barriers; 4. The person or the caregiver owns and is proficient in using a smartphone or a mobile terminal that can install the APP; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a mental disorder; 2. Patients with poor compliance; 3. Patients with multiple injuries and fractures in other parts; 4. Pathological fractures caused by bone tumors or osteomyelitis; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease or critical terminal disease; 6. Patient refusal to participate in this study; 7. Those who do not comply with the laws and regulations of public online communication.
