Interventions

Group F:The intervention group (Group F) received propofol via a fine-bore infusion extension tube (Shenzhen Shunmei Medical Co., Ltd.), characterized by an inner diameter of 2.03 mm and a length of 1
Group C:The control group (Group C) was administered propofol through a coarse-bore extension tube (Shenzhen Shunmei Medical Co., Ltd.) with an inner diameter of 3.05 mm and a length of 150 cm.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged =18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA-PS) classification of ?-?; 3. Written informed consent provided

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (ASA-PS ?-?); 2. Known allergies to propofol or the study drug; 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 4. A history of substance abuse; 5. The presence of chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma.
