Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for knee osteoarthritis: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis". (2) Age ranges from 50 to 70 years old. (3) According to Kellgren and Lawrecne's radiological diagnostic criteria, grade I-III knee joint radiographs were selected. (4) Body mass index24. (6) Agree to participate in this experiment, understand and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for individuals with calf amputation: (1) Unilateral calf amputation. (2) Age range is between 20 and 60 years old. (3) Wearing prosthetics for more than 6 months. (4) Capable of independent walking. (5) Agree to participate in this experiment, understand and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for action analysis group: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke or the 2019 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage; (2) First onset and diagnosed as a single lesion by CT or MRI; (3) The course of the disease is 1-6 months, with unilateral deviation. The affected lower limb has Brounnstrom >= 3 stages and FAC >= 2 grade. The patient has a certain ability to walk short distances and no significant sensory impairment; (4) Having good subjective initiative, able to understand and cooperate well with testing; (5) No serious organic lesions, such as severe heart disease, severe hypertension, severe hyperglycemia, severe vascular malformation, or psychiatric disorders; (5) Informed and agreed. Inclusion criteria for stroke group: Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke or the 2019 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage; (2) First onset and diagnosed as a single lesion by CT or MRI; (3) The disease lasts for 1-6 months, with hemiplegia. The affected lower limb has Brunstrom >= stage 3 and FAC >= grade 2. The patient has a certain ability to walk short distances and no significant sensory impairment; (4) Having good subjective initiative, able to understand and cooperate well with testing; (5) No serious organic lesions, such as severe heart disease, severe hypertension, severe hyperglycemia, severe vascular malformation, or psychiatric disorders; (6) Informed and agreed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for osteoarthritis: Exclusion criteria for knee osteoarthritis (1) Secondary knee osteoarthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, bone tumors, etc. (2) History of knee joint surgery within the past 6 months or intra-articular corticosteroid injections within the past 3 months. (3) Primary or secondary muscle diseases. (4) Combining lower back or hip diseases leads to lower limb dysfunction. (5) Merge with important organ dysfunction or lower limb important vascular injury. (6) Abnormal mental state, inability to act independently, or inability to cooperate with research interventions and staff. Exclusion criteria for calf amputation: (1) Pregnancy or severe osteoporosis. (2)BMI>30kg/m^2. (3) The stump has wounds, bone spurs, edema, neuroma, pressure ulcers, residual limb pain, etc. (4) Suffering from skin diseases, vascular and varicose vein diseases. (5) Suffering from severe cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, and musculoskeletal system diseases. (6) Individuals with cognitive, language communication, visual or hearing impairments, mental illnesses, or other reasons that prevent them from cooperating with researchers. Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: (1) those whose condition is still unstable, such as orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycemia, severe dizziness, etc; (2) Significant cognitive impairment, depression, etc; (3) Severe heart and lung dysfunction, infectious related diseases, etc; (4) More severe hip, knee, or ankle functional disorders or sequelae. Exclusion criteria for the action analysis group: (1) Patients whose condition is still unstable, such as orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycemia, severe dizziness, etc; (2) Significant cognitive impairment, depression, etc; (4) Severe heart and lung dysfunction, infectious related diseases, etc; (4) More severe hip, knee, or ankle functional disorders or sequelae.
