Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 10~19 years old, mainly studying in junior high school and high school; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for MDD in the structured clinical interview of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, in which the psychiatric symptoms of the patients were assessed by two psychiatrists with senior professional titles through interviews, and finally the patients who met the diagnostic criteria for MDD were included in the group; 3.Both the subjects and their legal guardians have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete patient characteristic data; 2.Cerebral organic mental disorder or other serious medical disease; 3.Comorbid with other severe psychiatric disorders; 4.Patient has a history of chronic alcohol or drug abuse;
