Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-65 years, regular diet. Patients diagnosed as obstructive sleep apnea disease according to the guidelines were included in the case group, and healthy controls without obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep breathing disorders were included in the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with trauma, surgery or severe infection within the past year, and with previous history of craniocerebral trauma, neurological, psychiatric or hematological diseases; (2) Subjects with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (3) Subjects with malignant tumors, thyroid, adrenal and other systemic diseases; (4) Subjects with the history of autoimmune diseases; (5) Subjects with gastrointestinal diseases affecting intestinal microorganism such as chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer; (6) Subjects who taking antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine within 1 month or taking probiotics, prebiotics or drinking within 1 week; subjects who suffering colonoscopy or intestinal enema within 1 week. (7)Subjects with previous treatment involved in OSA.
