Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years old (including 18 years old and 70 years old), gender is not limited; orthopaedic postoperative patients; No other combined injury affecting postoperative rehabilitation training; Have sufficient cognitive function and language ability to accept the guidance and training of rehabilitation doctors and therapists; signed informed consent, voluntarily participate in clinical research and adhere to treatment; Life expectancy greater than 5 years; The researchers determined who could be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who are allergic to any part of the medical device in this study; The patient is unable to wear and use the smart device independently or with the help of others; Diseases that severely limit the ability to live daily: serious circulatory diseases (e.g., heart failure, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina and myocardial infarction, acute myocarditis, severe valvular disease, hypertension, etc.); Serious diseases of nervous system, respiratory system, blood system, digestive system, urinary system, endocrine system, etc.; infectious diseases, systemic or local acute inflammation, wound infection, severe swelling, severe pain, etc. that hinder limb rehabilitation training; complicated with systemic diseases affecting multiple joints of the whole body, other diseases that may affect postural control, inability to maintain walking, standing, and sitting dynamic balance before surgery; Mental diseases or disorders of consciousness that hinder physical rehabilitation training; visual, hearing, or speech impairment; Pregnant or nursing women; is receiving other treatment measures that may affect the effect of rehabilitation treatment, or has previously received other rehabilitation training; Participants who have participated in clinical studies of other drugs, biologics or devices (except registration studies) within 1 month before enrollment and have not yet been enrolled; Those who are deemed unsuitable for treatment by the clinician according to the actual situation of the patient.
