Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were 30-65 years old and had a history of trauma. Incomplete Spinal cord Injury was classified as grade B, C, and D according to the American Spinal Injury-Association (ASIA) classification. 2. Non-shock stage after SCI (bulbocavernosal reflex positive); 3. in accordance with Rome III constipation diagnostic criteria; 4. cervicothoracic spinal cord injury, injury level above T12 of the conus medullaris, and stable vital signs; 5. the course of disease is less than 3 months; Informed consent was obtained from the patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic bowel disease or severe gastrointestinal disease history; 2. with serious complications of heart, liver, brain and kidney; 3. mental disorders or inability to cooperate; 4. Unstable vital signs, or accompanied by acute or chronic infection.
